Damage waiver policy

At Turnover Angel, we want you to enjoy your vacation worry-free. That’s why we include a non-refundable Damage Waiver Fee of $49.95 per booking instead of requiring a large security deposit. This fee provides coverage for accidental damage to household contents during your stay, up to $1,500.

What’s covered

• Unintentional damage from normal use of furniture, small appliances, and electronics.
• Examples: breaking a coffee table, spilling wine on a couch, or damaging a TV during normal use.

What’s not covered

• Major systems and appliances (furnace, A/C, washer, refrigerator).
• Intentional damage, misuse, or negligence (unauthorized parties, smoking in a non-smoking home).
• Damages over $1,500 per stay.
• Theft, pet damage (unless pets are allowed), or house-rule violations.

How it works

The $49.95 fee is added to your booking and is non-refundable. Report accidental damage right away. Covered damage up to $1,500 is handled at no extra cost when it meets these terms. Damage outside the policy may be billed, and we may pursue insurance.
