How guest reviews tell us the turnover went

Every stay on Airbnb or Vrbo ends with a guest review. For a Coeur d’Alene owner, that score is the public record of whether the house felt ready. For Turnover Angel it is also an operations signal: we match reviews to the cleaner who actually did the turnover, not just to the listing.
